Selection Process
Stage 1: Webinar / presentation
– learn why TAB is an excellent business opportunity; TAB overview; TAB offering and products; franchisee requirements; franchise investment.
Stage 2: Application form
– we will send you the TAB application form for you to complete and return. No commitment is being made at this stage, you are simply providing us with essential information we require in order to move to the next stage.
Stage 3: Behavioural assessment
– you will be asked to complete an online behavioural assessment to evaluate your observable characteristics. We will review the results with you and see how your traits compare with current successful franchisees.
Stage 4: Franchise legal document
– upon review and approval of your qualifications as a franchise candidate, we will take you through our legal and contractual document and discuss any initial queries you may have.
Stage 5: Discovery Day
– the TAB team invite you to the head office to bring together everything you have learnt about The Alternative Board to date and to take you through some final detailed information.
Stage 6: Signing of agreement
-and planning for your training.
