The Alternative Board® Franchise Opportunity
The Alternative Board is one of the world's leading franchisors of peer advisory and coaching solutions, offering on-going training and field support and, aggressive growth opportunities.
What does a TAB franchisee do?
As a franchisee of The Alternative Board, you will chair monthly peer board meetings of business owners, managing directors and CEOs of privately owned companies. These peer advisory boards typically consist of up to 10 members from non-competing businesses.
Meeting monthly, TAB Board members operate in a confidential, 'think tank' atmosphere where they can present challenges and opportunities for seasoned, practical advice from other members and their facilitator.
In addition to facilitating TAB Board meetings, you will also provide one-to-one coaching sessions utilising the easy to use Stategic Business Leadership (SBL) process. You will help members define their personal and business visions, as well as the goals, strategies and action plans to achieve those visions. With SBL, you will support business owners in strategically leading their businesses to greater profitability and success.
More than 200 TAB facilitators and coaches now conduct monthly board meetings across the UK, US, Canada and South America. Since its inception, thousands of businesses have benefitted from the TAB process.
