Managing Director

Ed Reid, Managing Director

Prior to taking over the helm at TAB UK, Ed owned and ran his own TAB franchise in York for 7 years, having been one of the very first TAB franchisees in the UK. In that time, he worked with over 50 SME business owners, facilitated over 200 TAB board meetings, and ran circa 1800 coaching sessions. He’s now shifted his focus to leading the continued growth of the UK business, and is proud to support the brilliant head office team and the nationwide community of franchisees. Before TAB, Ed spent the first 10 years of his career in corporate sales and marketing roles, working for Nestle and Diageo amongst others. He decided he needed more excitement, and on completing his MBA from Leeds Uni, moved into his first directorship role for an SME. As Sales &  Marketing Director for this 100-person business, he soon learnt how different life was for SMEs; the challenges of cash flow, the battle for talent, the buzz of new client wins.

Financial Director

Mags Fuller, Financial Director

Mags gained her commercial skills in senior financial roles at Arcadia group, and at Ernst & Young in Leeds. More recently she has brought her strong financial skills to supporting owner managed enterprises by providing outsourced accounting support. In addition to retail and professional services, Mags has gained experience in the debt advice industry where she was co-owner of a debt management provider. Drawing on her organisational and financial skills, Mags is keen to get the best from people and has extensive experience in both directly managing teams of people, and coaching non-financial managers in financial skills. With an English degree from York University, Mags also qualified as a swimming instructor during a sabbatical in 2002 whilst she was living in Australia.

Marketing Manager

Suzanne Bell, Marketing Manager

Suzanne comes from a professional services background, working in a variety of marketing, business development and client management roles. Now working closely with TAB franchise owners to support their local and national marketing campaigns, Suzanne and her team ensure TAB’s brand retains its professional, recognisable and trusted image whilst making sure franchise owners have the best possible tools to go to market. Suzanne is very hands-on with new franchise owners to make sure they have the best start to their TAB business, working with them to develop their marketing plans to get up and running as quickly as possible. In a fully encompassing role, Suzanne also supports the franchise recruitment team with expert marketing advice.

Development Manager

Rena Crossley, Development Manager

With a training and coaching background, Rena enables franchise owners to make the most of their existing skills and experience. Guiding them through initial training and ensuring they improve themselves and their business through continual development. She is a master at using TAB’s tools and toolkits and as such is the first point of call for franchise owners needing assistance. Along with her team, Rena also delivers an invaluable service to franchise owners through member invoicing, accounting and support.
